I.B.U. recipe

A delicious recipe for I.B.U., with cognac, orange juice, apricot brandy and Champagne.

Serve in: Champagne Flute

Ingredients: 3/4 oz cognac
3/4 oz orange juice
1/4 oz apricot brandy
4 oz Champagne

Method: Shake all ingredients (except champagne) over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a champagne flute. Fill with champagne, and serve.
