A True Amaretto Sour recipe

A delicious recipe for A True Amaretto Sour, with amaretto almond liqueur, lemons and maraschino cherry.

Serve in: Old-Fashioned Glass

Ingredients: 1 jigger amaretto almond liqueur
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 maraschino cherry

Method: Rub the rim of an old-fashioned glass with lemon, and dip repeatedly into granulated sugar until it has a good "frosted" rim. Shake amaretto with lemon juice, and strain into the glass; over ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
